THE RITUAL

Directions: Wet face and gently massage cleanser into skin using upward and circular motions. Rinse with warm water.

Elevated Ritual : Close your eyes and wet your face allowing the water to roll down your skin. Take one deep breath in and one breath out, grounding yourself for this relaxing cleansing ritual. Next, dispense a drop of cleanser into your palms and slightly rub your hands together to activate the product, noticing the calming scent of the herbs. Now gently massage the cleanser onto your skin in upward and circular motions, taking another deep breath in, and out. Allow yourself to be completely present in the moment. Continue to massage the cleanser onto your skin until your entire face is covered, observing every sensation in your face and allowing the soothing scent of botanical extracts to envelope you. Now, slowly rinse your skin with warm water. As you rinse the product from your skin, imagine all your anxieties and stress being washed away with it. When you’ve washed away everything from your skin, gently pat your face dry with a soft cloth or towel and open your eyes. You are relaxed and grounded and ready to now take on whatever comes your way.
